Job Description Chairside Assisting: Deliver proactive, seamless four-handed dentistry chairside support to the dentist during a diverse range of general and cosmetic procedures.
Sterilization Protocols: Thoroughly sanitize clinical instruments, manage high-level autoclave operations, and prepare operatory bays to exact health and safety standards.
Patient Flow Coordination: Welcome patients warmly, update digital dental charts, transition patients to treatment rooms efficiently, and maintain a smooth daily schedule.
Diagnostic Radiography: Capture sharp, diagnostic-quality digital X-rays safely while strictly adhering to radiation safety protocols (certification required).
Empathetic Patient Care: Provide reassuring, highly professional bedside manners to alleviate patient anxiety and guide them through their treatment process comfortably.
Operatory Management: Execute strict infection control procedures, preparing and breaking down high-tech operatories swiftly to ensure optimal patient throughput.
full-time $18 - $23 per hour
