Activity Assistant - CBRF This position is a great match for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a heart for seniors and the desire to make a difference in their lives. Experience with seniors with dementia-related disease and a creative side is a plus. This position is scheduled for 75 hours in a two-week period, typically working Monday-Friday. The schedule includes working every other Monday from 11:00-7 and every 6th Saturday. Plan, evaluate and execute daily group and individual activity programs to meet the needs and interests of residents. Encourage participation and lead residents in group exercise, crafts, games, etc. Assist in planning and preparing materials and developing the monthly calendars. Assist with special events. Starting rate $17 per hour, negotiable depending upon experience.
