• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs.
• Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations.
• EPA type 2 (required) or EPA Universal (preferred)
